Folks is a tech brand studio partnering with visionaries ready to play big. Many of our clients are already addressing today's most pressing challenges, including the climate crisis, inequality, and social justice.
With over 20 years of experience, we combine research, branding, strategic design, digital experience, and responsible innovation to help technology companies grow with direction, ambition, and heart.
Biyiud came to Folks with a clear and ambitious goal: to transform and decarbonize cities by promoting responsible and sustainable consumption. Their vision was built on connecting citizens, businesses, and municipalities through a regenerative model capable of creating real, lasting impact. However, they lacked a defined brand strategy. There was no identified target audience, no clear value proposition, and no narrative framework to articulate their purpose. The challenge was to build a solid foundation from scratch—defining what Biyiud is, who it is for, and how it achieves tangible change.
The work began with a deep immersion into their business model and long-term aspirations. Through collaborative workshops, we co-created a shared vision that revealed their core purpose, refined their value proposition, identified key audiences, and defined the values that would guide every aspect of the brand. This process not only brought clarity to their ideas but also established a common language, enabling consistent and sustainable decision-making over time.
With strategy as the base, we developed a brand positioning centered on the concept of “City Bloom”: a vision of cities flourishing through conscious consumer choices. This idea became the narrative and visual anchor for the brand, providing a flexible framework to express its identity without relying on tired or superficial greenwashing cues. Instead of empty gestures, the brand set out to connect with people through clarity, humanity, and truth, embodying its commitment to systemic change.
The result was an identity defined by honesty, rigor, and a transformative spirit. Every element—from the tone of voice to the visual system—supports Biyiud’s regenerative mission and reflects a transparent ambition, free from exaggerated promises or symbolic gestures disconnected from action. The brand is not only about communication; it aims to inspire and enable collective participation in building more sustainable cities.
Biyiud thus evolved from an idea into a fully realized brand, with a strong vision, a clear strategy, and a visual system that projects confidence and emotional strength. Today, it operates with a narrative capable of mobilizing diverse urban stakeholders, a strategic structure that guides its decisions, and an identity that reinforces its role as a catalyst for urban transformation. Its proposition is no longer just an ideal—it is now a tangible framework for driving collective change, creating measurable impact, and proving that conscious consumption can be the force that makes cities truly bloom.
